So much has happened since 2013 when I started Phase 1 of my Relational Healing Journey. With my sharing of what I learned in Phase 2 on Season 2, I’m ready now to start opening up about what I am learning in Phase 3 on Season 3. What is self-discovery? And what does it have to do with self-disgust? I’m speaking in this episode to what it means to restore attachments internally and externally and how they are deeply interconnected in recovery from complex trauma.
