Beginning with spoken word, Melanie Holst-Collins has been seeking authentic, empowering expressions of self on her own personal relational healing journey. Mel shares her story of finding body awareness through yoga, and how and why her embodied healing practice evolved to include intuitive movement, guided meditation, Tea Presence Practice, and Mudra. We dig deeper into the challenges trauma survivors face in reconnecting to their body and about the power of simple, but not simplistic, practices grounded in profound spiritual wisdom that honor our fullest sense of humanity.
